Marnie is Sherbert’s social research guru and having come from a background of working with refugees in both the UK and Africa, she comes with oodles of experience of talking to hard to reach groups. Working for the UN, Marnie developed a peace education project with African schools and as a result has a beautiful style and ability to connect with kids from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Marnie’s educational ‘tags’ come in abundance. Her experience and passion for anthropology provides Sherbert clients with an interesting theoretical angle. Marnie heads up the social and not for profit research sector at Sherbert and has worked extensively with the COI, Government and various charities.

Marnie’s expertise also lies in youth research and she uses her strong communication skills to squeeze the most insightful information out of the least communicative teenagers going!

In the office, Marnie is known for her bad jokes and her obsession with yoga – ask her to show you ‘the crow’, it’s a real sight! She’s also recently become a mum and when not at Sherbert towers, she’s happily spending time with her gorgeous son, Huxley.
